Hammond-Mitchell, Inc. a General Contractor, was incorporated in Alleghany County, Virginia in 1968 by John B. Mitchell, Sr. and the late Frank Hammond, III. In the 50 years since its beginning, the company has evolved into a successful heavy construction company with a well qualified staff and a full fleet of heavy construction equipment.
